Nesta Marley

Bob Marley

Its Black African American month

I would like to pay tribulate to one of the most positive Black ( mixed heritage) to Nesta Robert Marley.

On the 6th of February 2019 Bob Marley would have been 74 year young.

One thing about music when hits you. you feel know pain

One of the biggest icons of all time born to Norval Sinclair a 60 year old white British navel captain and his mother 19 year old Cedella from St. Ann parish Kingston Jamaican.

As a young boy Bob had many nick names ” White Boy” because of is fair skin was ine .

With the name ‘’white boy ‘’ bob was builled and had to learn to defend himself, which he did and with that he earned the name ” Tuff Gong”.

His philosophy wasn’t white or black it was god and love which is one of the reasons so many people fell in love with is mind and his music.

What most people don’t know is that, when he was younger he would tell peoples fortunes’ and scare the shit out of them until he decided that he wanted to be a singer.

Trench town Kingston was his teen home town. Which is were he, peter tosh and bunny Livingston created the band the wailing wailers. Later changing to Bob Marley and the wailers. The wailers were practicing Rastafarians ( Rastafarian is a religious diverse social movement) smoked weed as they believed it helped to bring about spiritual enlightenment.

“Don’t worry about a thing”

The two other members, Peter Tosh and Bunny Livingston left to do there own thing and Bob formed on his own with some backing singers and starting writing and sing about is love for politics and social movement for the rights for the people. Bob Marley was very much about love and peace not race and war.

Bob married Rita Marley and they had 4 children together and bob had eight of his own with other women. Bob, became a global icon singing love and spreading positive vibes and peace.

Bob Marley’s music was about equality inclusion and living as one. when you listen to his music it has a way of putting things in to prospective and making you think about the things that really do matter and those things aren’t race or sex those things are love and peace and living as one! ONE LOVE.

At 36 Bob Marley dead to cancer, that’s 36 years ago and still his love lives on.
